Privacy policy
Information we collect
AudiobookPilot records limited usage events such as book-page views, outbound retailer-button clicks, device category, page path and event time. We do not store an IP address in our private book analytics. If you use the contact form, we store the information you submit, which may include your name, email address, page URL and message.
How we use information
- To operate and improve the website.
- To understand which comparisons are useful.
- To respond to corrections, feedback and privacy requests.
- To prevent abuse and maintain security.
Analytics and storage
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate traffic measurements. Private book-view and outbound-click events are stored in Cloudflare KV for up to one year. When a campaign link contains a source label such as YouTube, Reddit or Pinterest, we store that label with the page view so we can compare campaign performance. The label does not identify an individual, and our private book analytics do not store IP addresses. Contact messages are stored privately for up to 90 days. Access to these records is restricted to the administrator.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links may be affiliate links. A merchant may record that the visit came from AudiobookPilot and may pay us for a qualifying action. We do not receive your merchant password or payment-card details.
Providing an email address in the contact form only authorizes a response to that enquiry. It does not subscribe you to marketing email.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information you submitted through the contact form. Select “Privacy request” and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant message.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The revision date at the top identifies the current version.
